I did my own research, and there have been many crazy, outlandish & extravagant fashion shows, most if not all pre-recession, haha.
The one I think tops them all was in 2007, when Karl Lagerfield put on an amazing fashion show for Fendi on the Great Wall of China.
This show came with a $10 Million dollar price tag, and despite frigid temperatures, there were 500 people who attended.
I'm sure that while the shoes were hard to walk in, the models were more than happy to be a part of such a crazy fashion show! Shit, I wouldn't have cared if it was 10 degrees outside!
